Eastron SDM630 V3 3-Phase Bidirectional

Eastron SDM630 Modbus V3 can measure and display various electrical parameters including current, voltage, power, frequency, power factor, energy, harmonic distortion and more. It supports measuring electrical energy in both directions - to the grid and from the grid (4-quadrant measurement). Its large LCD display with blue backlight makes it very easy to monitor current measured values ​​and quickly obtain the necessary information.

The ability to connect up to 30 Modbus RTU devices to 1 bus (provided that they share the same Modbus communication parameters, and each has a unique Slave ID set).

When connecting multiple devices to 1 bus, do not forget to change each of them in the module's service settings its Slave ID (to a unique number (1 to 247).

V TapHome when adding Eastron SDM630 from the template (or in the module settings) do not forget to use the same Slave ID address.

Safety and certificates

The electricity meter has a MID certificate according to the European Directive for Measuring Instruments 2004/22 / EC. The electricity meter has a certificate for protection against moisture and dust IP51. The meter has reinforced additional insulation (protection class II) and meets the requirements of the international standard IEC 62053-21 for electricity meters.

Yes, since they are using the same modbus settings, you can daisy chain multiple meters on one bus. You just need to change the ID of each meter.
