🛠️ Installation Steps
- Power Down the System
- Before inserting the sensor, make sure the TapHome system is completely shut down and not powered. This prevents damage to the sensor.
- Choose the EXT Terminal
- Insert the CO₂ sensor into the EXT terminal on a 2UI, 6UI, 6UI / 6OC, or 4UI / 2DO module. These modules support digital communication over a bus line.
- Use an Installation Box
- The sensor is designed for hidden installation. Place it inside an installation box (e.g., behind a wall socket).
- Ensure Air Circulation
- The sensing part of the sensor must be directly exposed to circulating air. You can use connectors like RJ45 or HDMI sockets to allow airflow.
